When you've completed your ticket purchase with Abellio Greater Anglia, we will send you two emails.


The first email is a booking confirmation and will arrive immediately after your transaction is complete. It is not your ticket and will NOT be accepted as a valid ticket.


The second email will arrive shortly after booking and will contain an attachment which will allow you to download and print your ticket. Open this email from a computer you wish to print from. Select the attachment in the email and then select the print.


Remember you will need to carry one of the accepted forms of identification with you when you travel - this is used to validate your travel voucher. The forms of identification accepted are a credit or debit card, a national railcard, a passport or a driving license. If travelling together in a group, the lead passenger's form of identification will validate each travel voucher. If your ticket was purchased as part of a group booking but you are travelling separately, each passenger will need to carry one of the accepted forms of identification to validate their own travel voucher.


Note that you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader in order to view and print your ticket. This is available free of charge by downloading from Adobe.
